Q:I have college five days a week and the other week I had a good pain day, best I've felt in a few months and though my attendance is about 60% I took the day off because it's so rare for me to feel so good. I feel guilty for taking the day off and I was just wondering if you've ever done anything like that before?

onewordthenanother

I’ve only ever taken off because I felt horrible, much like you, and truthfully last semester I had so few good days that I didn’t have the opportunity to skip a class because I felt well. BUT I probably would have. Sometimes the most important thing is to cherish those good days and really enjoy them. The good days make the bad days easier to get through.

So sorry this got lost in my inbox. :(
